BOOKING POLICY
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival otherwise your booking is subject to cancellation.

Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment at time of booking.

Due to the small and exclusive nature of our resort cancellations affect us considerably. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Your reservation payments (minus an administration fee of $TBA) will be refunded if we are given notification at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
If cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival you will forfeit your 50% deposit.
